Grizzly Bear Egg Cafe #49 "Psychic Serendipity"

In this episode of the Grizzly Bear Egg Cafe, Clayton and Mike share the history of their very weak superpowers.  Clayton admits he can predict events, while Mike admits he can overhear conversations.  If Galactus attacks the Earth, Clayton and Mike will not be called on to help defend mankind.

Hi Clayton and Mike,

Great podcast as usual. I'm a pregnancy psychic. What's that. Well, I've been able to predict when friends and family members will be expecting and what the genders of their babies will be. Strange, huh? It's really weird. Predictions usually come up to a year in advance of the pregnancy and they are scarily accuarate as to when, where the kid will be born. Predicted my own niece's birth and gender. Scan confirmed it. Hey, do you guys think I should start a pregnancy/gender psychic business? Or a pregnancy psychic network? Lol! Have a great weekend and a week ahead.

Hey guys great job but I noticed it says in the sypnosis this is the penultimate episode, does this mean next week's podcast will be the last show, or have I missed something?

Hey there.

I was just about to ask the same thing as Michael here. "Penultimate" suggests that episode 50 is indeed going to be the last episode ever.

But maybe they want to tell us that the Grizzly Bear Egg Café is about to be renamed, restructured, or will undergo a longer break between "seasons" like some other podcasts do. I hope that neither is really the case, because I only just discovered this podcast and think it's excellent. It's been an instant favorite to me.

I just discovered this too and it's a nice change from talk radio which can depress me.

Maybe they're testing our psychic powers about the "penultimate" epidsode. Mine aren't working this a.m.!

Maybe one day you guys will learn how to not Pop every P and B you say.
Dump the condinser mics. Or go take a audio 101 lesson.

I just started listening through the archives. I doubt anyone will ever read this, but if you watched Law and Order, SVU, Criminal Intent, Trial by Jury, and the movie; it would take around 36 and a half days.

If you included the semi-spinoff Conviction, and Crime and Punishment, which was some reality-type thing, it would take a little over 38 days.

And there's a spinoff in the UK, which would add another day or so.
