The guys rundown the ideal 80's mix tape and no it won't include Toni Basil. Mike talks about his body breaking down from years of hitting the squared circle, and his addiction to pastry.

Wanted to let you know that I first learned about the Sonos player from your podcast. My son thought I was techno-mom extrordinaire when he told me about the S5 and I already knew all about it. To delight him further, I sent him one for Christmas this year--I know he's going to love it.
