Is it only me who cannot download from my iOS 4 iPod touch?

I get a "this podcast can not be played on this iPod" error, and it does not download

I listened to you guys talking about the Black Panther being from Wauconda. Wauconda actually exists--it's a small suburb of Chicago, in Lake County instead of Cook County like Chicago.
