Love your podcasts as usual. Though had to say this one threw me off a bit. Were you both doing other stuff on the internet while recording this show? You both sounded distracted. It was different from the energy of most of your shows. (yes, I'm griping about a free podcast full of fun stuff and you not performing they way I expect you to... I wish I was a better person).
Also, has mike listened to or read the new Starbucks Book "Onward: How Starbucks Fought for Its Life without Losing Its Soul by Howard Schultz " and has it changed his feelings about Starbucks? I can admire what they have done, but I don't necessarily find it reflected in my dealings with the Starbucks Coworkers if I go anywhere but a store where they know me.
